Introduction

With rapid technological progress and growing global competition for talent, cognitive ability and psychological resilience have become key indicators of strategic human capital. In support of the national strategy to build a globally influential talent hub and innovation centre, the 2025 International Conference on Cognitive Psychological Assessment and Enhancement will be held from July 11 to 12 at the Main Campus of Beijing Normal University.

Hosted by the Faculty of Psychology at Beijing Normal University and co-organized by the Cambridge Psychometrics Centre, the conference will gather leading experts in psychology, AI, and neuroscience. Centered on the theme “Learning Psychology to Lead Scientific Assessment, Leveraging Intelligent Technologies to Foster Talent Development,” the event will explore innovations in talent assessment, AI-driven cognitive measurement, and interdisciplinary approaches to talent development. Through academic exchange, technology showcases, and interactive formats, the conference aims to promote international collaboration and support the evolution of talent evaluation systems in the new era.
